Responsibilities From Team member to a Project Lead for ongoing maintenance.
Production Support / Maintenance / User Requests
Involved in Monitoring Remedy, solving Problem Management Tickets raised through Remedy, by users, regarding various problems encountered in the application with priority 2,3 and 4.

Actively involved in production support of CIS (Customer Information system) since October 2004.
• Giving Production Support to solve application problems faced by users on a priority basis, of severity 2, 3 and 4 interfacing with Remedy.
• Working on root cause fixes by identifying and fixing the problems that are occurring repeatedly in CIS.

Project Description Material Creation Request (MCR) enables a more automated, decentralized vision that reduces the error rates and the lead-time. Master Data Workflow Process consists of multiple screens, which require variable amount of data for each screen.

The MCR process usually starts with a structured Material Create Request form. MCR contains the necessary information to create a new WorkObject. Data used in other views may be collected on MCR as well. This data may be later used to populate other Pega screens automatically. Most of the data is validated in SAP and and external database. For validating the data from SAP, used SOAP connectors.

MCR application is used for creating three types of requests:
1. ZVVR
2. ZEST
3. FERT
MCR may be routed to several people/departments for approvals. After the MCR is approved, this MCR is used for creating a new material Within SAP through a Web service Integration.
