Position: Web Portal Production Support Analyst

Location: Singapore

Client: European Bank

Type: Permanent

Skills Required:

* Excellent communication with ability to communicate at all levels

* Should be able to respond fast to users and business partners

* 2-5 years experience in IT

* At least 1-2 years experience in production support for web portals or web sites or content management

* Should be able to work in shifts including Night shift; if required as per business need

* Oracle/SQL queries

* LDAP awareness

* Awareness about UNIX & operation level commands

* Awareness about production support processes in general and Incident/problem in particular
