Job Scope : Manage organization and leadership of team(s) in a matrix environment. Monitors overall performance during all phases of the program(s) and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required. Leads team(s) in identifying, quantifying and mitigating risk. Drive closure of any technical issues identified during in running the programs. Provide day-to-day business management and customer-focused leadership within the end-to-end design to manufacturing process. Manage the customer relationship, maintaining customer satisfaction, yet assuring that scope is managed appropriately and contract changes are secured where appropriate. Serve as the focal point for customer information, requirements, and company commitments, during the entire life of the product cycle. Own the development and coordination / input for NPI, proto runs, mass volume production with other sub-groups which include design, quality, production, tooling, process and sales.

Job Requirements: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Team player that works well in collaborative and matrix management situations.Ability to clearly articulate complex and abstract ideas. Comfortable interacting with sales force, worldwide customers and other PM teams. Excellent written, verbal communication skills and MS Project software knowledge. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in any field. At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the in the mechanical or contract manufacturing industry with customer interface and cross functional team role. Applicants must be willing to work in Humen, Southern China. Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency. Resourceful, proactive and aggressive.
